@vaibhav1102,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details and I would appreciate if you could, perhaps elaborate on your concern.

  • What is the exact model for your computer?
  • What is the operating system you are using?
  • What is the exact issue you are facing?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?

Look forward to hearing from you and you have a great day!

Take care.

Cheers!

Hi,

  1. What is the exact model for your computer? --> F6C48PA#ACJ
  2. What is the operating system you are using? --> Microsoft Windows 10 Home Single Language
  3. What is the exact issue you are facing? --> My issue is that I am unable to install a graphics driver (Nvidia GT 740M) on my laptop.
  4. Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer? --> A few days back I uninstall it and removed from device manager also where it was present in display adapters after removing from display adapter I also removed it from other devices as the title was 3d device controller now I want to install my graphics driver again. but I am not able too. ven_10de missing from the device manager & I guesses ven_10de is required for graphics driver installation.

Please Help me!

Here is how it is done.

  1. Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.

Click Updates in the My notebook pane

  2. Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.

Updates list in HP Support Center

  3. Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.

  4. Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.

  5. Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.

  6. Perform any other update management actions as needed.
