Product: HP ENVY x360 m6 Convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The 5 and 6 keys do not work on the top row of keys. I must use the number pad to type those keys, except for the 6, it does not work on the number pad either so I must use the touch keyboard if I want to type the number six.   

My computer is a HP ENVY x360 m6 Convertible Running Windows 10 Home

 No Error message (if any) Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred

It is also affecting the underscore/hyphen key.  This is just the exact same problem as a previous poster had in 201six.  See link to this post that has now been archived.  The exact same problem.
