- Number 5 and six keys on keyboard not working

Hi,
Recently i am unable to use the number Six key on the numbers board and the top row as well as the number 5 on the top row only.
Tried removing keyboard and re install no luck, any help would be gratefully received.

How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?
Is the Windows Version on My Computer 32-bit or 64-bit?

I have the same issue with my HP 15 Beats Notebook PC product number G6R14UA#ABA.
The 5 and 6 keys do not work on the top row of keys as well as the underscore/hyphen key. I must use the number pad to type those keys, except for the 6, it does not work on the number pad either so I must use the touch keyboard if I want to type the number six. Sometimes the 5 does work after a couple of taps.

1. Product Name and Number (please do not post Serial Number)
• Example: HP Pavilion DV2-1209AX or HP Deskjet 3000 Printer CH393A
2. Operating System installed (if applicable)
• Example: Windows XP, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows 7 64-bit
3. Error message (if any)
• Example: ""Low disk space"" error in Windows
4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred
• Examples: Upgrading your Operating System or installing a new software; or installing new hardware like a printer, modem, or router.
