Hi,
I recently purchased a HP Envy 13-ah0001na, this was supposed to come with an NVIDIA geforce MX150 graphics card. However, the task manager and device manager only show that the Intel UHD 620 grpahics card is activated. I have also been into the BIOS with no options to change it. Moreover, i downloaded the specific NVIDIA graphic drivers from HP and when installing it comes up with an error saying that "This graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware." Any idea on how to fix this will be very helpful and appreciated, thank you!

Hi, I've done all the above steps above before and it hasn't worked. I have even re-installed windows and the BIOS to no avail. I ended up calling up support and they took over my computer, they did all the steps as I did and even went further with resetting the whole laptop, again to no avail. The laptop is faulty, straight out of the box and I am receiving a replacement, but thank you for the response!
