Product: HP Pavilion 17 Notebook PC ID:E0J75UA#ABA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

The Display Driver crashes ocassionally while using Firefox Browser, screen freezes than go black and restarts where left off. Driver listed last up date is Dec 2013  ver.13.151.0.0  But driver last update by system is listed as 13.251.9001.1001 which appears to have from an auto up date by note book direct from web. dated 2017.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

  • Does this happen while using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Internet Explorer)?
  • Have you tried uninstalling and reinstall Firefox? 
  • Does this happen while playing a video on Firefox?
