Hi @Saoshine,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

To determine if the Oculink adapter is supported in your Omen 15-ek0013, you should consider a few factors:

Motherboard Compatibility: Check if your laptop's motherboard supports Oculink. Not all systems have the necessary firmware or physical connections to utilize Oculink adapters.

Driver Installation: Ensure that you have the latest drivers for your chipset and storage controllers installed. Sometimes, Windows may not recognize new hardware due to outdated drivers.

Click on this link for drivers: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/omen-15-ek0000-laptop-pc-series/model/34370382?sku=2A137UA

BIOS Settings: Enter the BIOS/UEFI setup and look for any settings related to NVMe or storage configuration. Ensure that the NVMe slots are enabled.

Physical Installation: Double-check that the adapter is properly seated in the slot. Sometimes reseating the adapter can help.

Test the Adapter: If possible, try the JMT Oculink adapter in another compatible system to verify that it works properly.

If you've checked all of these factors and it still isn't recognized, it's possible that the Oculink adapter may not be supported by your laptop.

Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a great day ahead!
