OMEN Laptop - 15t-dh100 CTO

Daughter brought me her laptop. It boots windows normally (based on the windows tune that plays when it’s starts), no error codes on the caps lock key, but I have no display (not even Omen splash screen). Not even when connected to an external monitor on hdmi port. So far I have tried screen toggle, hard reset, even resetting Ram cards but getting nowhere. Has anyone run into this and have a solution?

I see that you are facing black display screen issues with your OMEN Laptop - 15t-Dh100 CTO.

 

As it is not working with the external monitor, this could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair. 

 

I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this web link.
Note: Select your country from the dropdown,  enter the city or postal code, select the product, change the radius, and click on search to locate the nearest HP Service center near your location.
