Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Gentlemen,
During the day I hear some strange noises inside the monitor, as if they were electrical discharges.
I found people saying that they resolve with a firmware update, but I can't find any updates for this model.

Any ideias?

Regards,

NRS

I reviewed your post and I understand that you hear a strange noise from the monitor.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Have you tested the monitor on a different computer?

Have you updated the graphics driver on your computer?

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the monitor driver from the below link and check if it helps.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Dear Sir,

I already have that driver.

Yes, I tried with Desktop and Laptop computer.

The Graphic Driver is always updated from Nvidia.

I have just hear the noise wihile writing this message. It looks like discharges, like old CRT monitors when we put the hair nearby.

NRS
