I recently bought an Omen Transcend 14. I really like it except the colors are oversaturated, like you took the vibrance slider in Lightroom too far. Is there a way to bring this down? Google is not showing me options that exist on this machine.

Hi @mondalo2,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are facing an issue with the colors on your Laptop.
To adjust the oversaturation on your Omen Transcend 14, you can try a few different methods:
Display Settings:
- Right-click on the desktop and select Display settings.
- Scroll down to Advanced display settings and click on it.
- Look for a section called Color calibration and follow the wizard to adjust color settings.
Graphics Control Panel:
- If you have an NVIDIA or AMD graphics card, right-click on the desktop and select the respective control panel (NVIDIA Control Panel or AMD Radeon Settings).
- Look for options related to Adjust desktop color settings. You can lower the saturation and adjust the gamma settings there.
Windows Color Filters:
- Go to Settings > Ease of Access > Color filters.
- Enable color filters and choose one that might suit your needs.
Third-Party Software:
- You can use software like f.lux or DisplayCAL to further adjust color settings to your liking. These tools often provide more granular control over color profiles.
Update Drivers: go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and select Check for updates. If the upgrade is available for your device and you want to proceed, download and install it.
Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a great day ahead!
