Does it have a pen / stylis support? If yes, is it MPP 2.0, AES 2.0 or something else?

Yes, the supported pen is an MMP 2.0. The recommended one is the following. Use the part number in a search engine to find a reseller.

 

Pen, silver (includes cable) N44378-001
