Welcome to HP Support Community
Please try these steps
- Click Start and type OSK ( Onscreen Keyboard ) and click on it
- The Onscreen keyboard Opens
- On the Task Bar you will see a Symbol ENG ( for English )
- Click on the ENG and you will see option Language Preferences.
- Click on ADD a Language and follow the onscreen instructions to select the Input Method
- Now you can switch between different onscreen languages
- Just open the Onscreen Keyboard, on the Taskbar where you click ENG you will have a list of all the languages you Added
