Pavilion g6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I am currently working on my HP Pavilion g6 Laptop which I buy in the year 2014 and from then I never getting any issue from its system and services but from the last two or three months I am getting certain issues from it.

My first issue is that it is getting overheat after working only half an hour on it. After that, it so heats up and afterward, it is making certain noises which really irritates me while I am working on an important project.

Please note that I changed the original battery and replace it with another one but this is not the original one but the problem is not still solving.

My second issue is that it is showing weird images on its screen whenever I want to move its screen a little bit. And sometimes it takes me almost an hour to fix it properly.

I am the Manager and Service Provider at the car wash Perth company who deals with many clients and meetings in a day and we all know that Laptop is the quintessential thing for our business.

Thanks for reading my query and I hope that you will answer this query as soon as possible.

Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

I suggest you follow the instructions in this HP Document: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01657439 for overheating issues

If the display distorts whenever you move the LCD Lid this is likely to be a problem with the LCD cable which is a Hardware issue

I suggest you contact HP Support and check for available Service Options
