I did it and solved my problem, but now my system changed from the original AMD Video controller to the Microsoft´s Basic one. That means that my system is running under the performance of the AMD Video card and I have to be always checking any video controller automatic actualization. Or not?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the graphics driver installed on the computer is from Microsoft.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
What is the exact issue you are facing?
I recommend you download and install the driver from the below link and check if it helps.
