Hi, @Vova3

There are no W10 drivers for your notebook.

I recommend that you manually install the Vista/W7 chipset and graphics drivers.

The coprocessor (PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0753) needs this driver.

Download and run this driver.  It will most likely not automatically install the coprocessor.

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp39501-40000/sp39535.exe

If the coprocessor device did not install, manually install the driver as follows...

Go to the device manager.  Click on the  PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0753 device needing the driver.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on update driver.

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers option, and browse to the location where the driver folder was created when you ran the file.

That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp39535.

Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.

Then restart the PC.

For the graphics, do this a little differently.

Download and install the free 7-zip file utility.  The 2nd link at the top of the page is for 64 bit.

7-Zip (7-zip.org)

Then download and save, but do not run this graphics driver file.

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp45001-45500/sp45230.exe

After you saved the graphics driver file, right click on it and select 7 zip from the list of items on the menu.

Have 7-Zip Extract to:  and let it extract the file into its folder name (sp45230).

Once that is done, go to the device manager.  Click to expand the Display adapters device manager category.

Click on the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter listed there.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update Driver.

Select the Browse my computer for drivers and browse to the sp45230 driver folder that 7-Zip created.

Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.

Then restart the PC and hopefully the graphic will now work correctly on W10.

А про биос что вы мне скажете!????? что изменяет обновление БИОС??? если так все нормально, то и не стоит его обновлять??? или что-то кардинально изменится после прошивки??????

HP Recommended

There is a newer BIOS release but since you are running W10, and the update was written to be run on Windows Vista, you would stand an excellent chance of destroying your notebook if you try to update the BIOS unless you reinstall Windows Vista.

If you want to reinstall Windows Vista, here are the info and exe links for the last BIOS update HP released for your notebook...

Info file for F.54

Exe file:

You know what they say...'If it is not broke, don't fix it."  😊

У меня 4 гб оперативки а свойства системы говорит доступно 2.75 .... прошивка биоса это исправит или тут в другом причина???????

HP Recommended

2.75 GB of usable memory is pretty normal for your notebook.

Most of the 1.25 GB of system memory goes to support the graphics.

A BIOS update would not give you more usable memory.
