Troubleshooting black screen issues on HP Notebooks: Click here to view the instructions!
HP Recommended
Pavillion X360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had my laptop a little over a six month. Recently, I noticed the screen popping out at the right-hand corner.  contacted HP customer supper via whatsapp and they said that its damage issue and I have to visit HP service center at this CORONA time. as I go thru the community issues, it appears that this is the common issue facing by most of the buyers on this model and I feel it should not consider as damage issue. Its a flaw in notebook design and they should recall and rectify the same.

Going to service center at this difficult time is really challenging and same time kids are facing problem attending their online classes due to this issue. Any help in fixing this issue ASAP is much appreciated.
