Some of the keys on my laptop keyboard keep typing the wrong letter, or an additional letter (like pressing the R key and it typing gr) or the space bar not working etc. The onscreen keyboard will work fine. I have gone into Device Manager and uninstalled the keyboard and restarted the computer, that made it stop for a while but later it starts doing it again.

I ran the keyboard test and it FAILED. FAILURE ID: Q4U6JC-7NL8RL-MFPWMG-G01703 and PRODUCT ID: M5H37UA#ABA.
But at the moment the keyboard is acting right. It comes and goes. So is it a hardware or software issue?
