Troubleshooting black screen issues on HP Notebooks: Click here to view the instructions!

HP Pavilion - 14-ce3609sa
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello

Every time I turn on my notebook or wake up after locked-up, the screen flicks/blinks continuously until I reboot.

It doesn't solve the problem if I just lock-up - I need to reboot on the Power bottom. This happens all the time.

My systems is up to date and I ran all diagnosis in the HP Support Assistant within my computer and nothing was found.

Has anyone experienced this? What should I do?

It's out of guarantee but crazy I only have this computer for less than 3 years and barely used until recently - as I used my professional one.

Thanks!

I did as requested but it says the bios best version is already updated and installed but the issue continues.

i don’t understand what to do next. The link you sent goes to a general page , and I don’t know what to do from there. Can you provide detailed instructions on this case please?
