Computer is freezing every couple seconds and I had contacted microsoft support and they told me to have the manufacturer fix the driver or something.

The Windows file system could be corrupt or there is a hard disk error or undefined sofware or technical error.

I tried that and since the battery is not good it just stops there because that is the first thing it tests.
