Welcome to the HP Community.

Not all touch-screen computers support a pen.

Those computers that do support a pen do not all support the same pen model.

I did not find any compatible HP pens using this product series.

This result might indicate the series does not provide support for an active pen / stylus.

If you wish to have it checked again- please provide the product number / exact model name of your computer.

How to find:

Finding your Product Name, Product Number, or Serial Number

Reminder:  Never post the serial number or any private information in the Community – we are a public resource.
