Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15t-ed100 CTO

Hello . My laptop pen does not turn on and when I charge it, the light on it is white, it means it is charging, but it does not turn on and it does not connect to the laptop. Does anyone know where the problem is?
