HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-ea0000 (1Q878AV)

I own an HP Spectre  x360 laptop, and I've noticed persistent marks on the screen that do not wipe off. These marks align with the touchpad and stickers, suggesting that the screen is under pressure when the laptop is closed.

This seems to be a common issue, as I've seen similar complaints in forums and here in the HP community. In other countries, HP has replaced the LED for this defect, acknowledging it as a design flaw. However, HP support in Germany has refused to repair my laptop under warranty.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a solution? Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you!hp2.jpghp1.jpg
