Photos from onedrive not able to view

Helllo,

I have photos and videos stored on onedrive. I am not able to open and view any images and videos from one drive. I also want to move the photos and videos from one drive to my local dive on laptop. Thank you.

OneDrive is easy to use - and more complicated under the surface than might be expected.

You need to find out more about where the problem originates.

To do this, use the tools in Microsoft to help you navigate OneDrive and learn how it is supposed to be working - then look for help to resolve the particular issue you are seeing on your device.
