If anyone has a solution please reply. I added some pictures for reference. All my colors look inverted and when you open a new window, you can still see others that are open just with some transparency. It seems like it needs time to adapt cause if I don’t use it for a while the colours get worse. Then when I click on some stuff some colors turn normal again for a little while. In conclusion everything black turns green and white turns pink. Everything else also gets a bright neon color.

The driver has already been updated and also installed again so it isn’t missing files and it’s the newest version.That did nothing. Display setting changes also didn’t do anything. Microsoft support helped me with that.

Let me know if you know the cause of this 🙂

@Besseling

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

As I understand there's pink and green display on the screen.

Does this issue appear in the Bios screen? To check in Bios then restart the PC and keep tapping the F10 key to enter Bios screen. If issue persist in Bios then it is a hardware issue. If screen is normal then I have a few recommendations:

  • Update your Notebook computer BIOS to the latest version from HP.COM.
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
