• My HP Notebook laptop has a flickering desktop screen. How do I fix it??

A flickering screen could be a screen failing or it could also be the video chip failing.  To find out which, you would need to connect an external monitor.  If that also flickers, it is the video chip; if not, it is the screen.

I've found those links to be unreliable if you're using Win10 and the new Edge Browser; so if you are, you need to use something else, like FireFox.
