Ever since I've updated to Windows 11 my screenshots have become blurry, tried a few fixing suggestions offered on the web such as updating the display driver, changing display resolution and nothing worked.

Any additional suggestions?

Hi @HecMichelle,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Product. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact name of the model of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Could you please elaborate in detail?

I hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hello Gaya,

Thank you. the laptop is a Probook 440 G7 Core i5 10th Gen. Product ID 9HP65EA#ABT, SN: 5CD01239VR.

I use multiple displays but this issue happens on all displays:

Issue is when  taking a screenshot using the Alt+PrntScrn the screen while on display is fine, but when pasted onto a document or any application (checked over 5 diff ones) is pasted burry. I can have a sample sent to you if you'd like.

I have tried, of course, restarting the system, updating the graphics driver, tried modifying the screen resolution and then returning it to the original - non of which resolved this.

Thanks in advance for your assistance!

M
