ProBook 440 G7
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello Community,

recently I had the same issue as DaHoff in this thread:

Is there already an Update on this topic?

Thanks in advance!

Best Regards,

Oliver

From the Maintenance and Service Guide (page 4), your 440 G7 only has One USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C port (PD + DP) (right) and the dock (on page 4) says

For USB-C™ functionality, host PC must support the DisplayPort™ Alt mode protocol through its USB-C™ port

I believe USB-C on the 440 G7 does not have enough bandwidth to support two  2560x1440 monitors. You need Gen 2 USB-C port on the host.

Regards.
