ProBook 450 G9 Touchpad Driver

Hi, I had to do a clean install on my notebook but cannot get the touchpad to work. Can you please advise on the correct driver to install for this notebook. I cannot run the driver detection software as this is disabled in our organisation. Thanks in advance, Chris

Hi, Chris:

For whatever reason, HP does not have any touchpad drivers on the support page for W10 or W11.

What I suggest you do is to download and install the applicable Windows driver pack for your notebook.

Hopefully the touchpad driver is in that package.

My touchpad on the 450 G9 also doesn't work correctly (I can move the cursor but can't click anything). It works in Ubuntu so I know it's a driver issue in Windows but I can't find the driver. I tried to download the package you suggested but can't find the touchpad driver in there.

Do you know which one of these it is?
