Hi @AzaanAhmad,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If the screen of your HP Notebook - 15 is broken and you're unable to access the BIOS (Basic Input/Output System), you may try the following steps to navigate through the issue.

  • Connect an external monitor: Use an HDMI or VGA cable to connect your HP Notebook to an external monitor or TV. Make sure the external display is powered on and set to the correct input source.
  • Power on the laptop: Turn on your laptop and wait for it to boot up. In most cases, the laptop should automatically detect the external display and mirror the screen onto it.
  • Access the BIOS: Press the necessary key to enter the BIOS setup during the boot process. This key is usually displayed on the screen momentarily, and it varies depending on the laptop model. Common keys include F2, F10, Delete, or Esc. You may need to consult the laptop's user manual or search online for the specific key for your HP Notebook model.
  • Navigate the BIOS blind: With the external monitor connected, you can try navigating the BIOS setup even if you can't see it on the broken laptop screen. Use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move through the options, and press Enter to select. Refer to the laptop's user manual or online resources for a step-by-step guide on navigating the BIOS interface.
  • Save and exit: Once you've made any necessary changes or accessed the information you needed from the BIOS, save your changes and exit the setup. Usually, you can do this by selecting the appropriate option in the BIOS menu or by pressing the F10 key.

By connecting an external monitor and navigating the BIOS blind, you should be able to overcome the obstacle of the broken laptop screen and access the necessary BIOS settings on your HP Notebook - 15.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
