Pavilion - 14-ce3003nf
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone

Not sure if this is the right place to ask for help but i have a completely new HP Pavilion - 14-ce3003nf and it came with a problem.

After hibernation or lid close for some period, the screen flickers when using the mouse.

I contacted HP and they said they would fix it by replacing the motherboard.

- Motherboard replaced (problem solved for about 2 months).

The problem reappeared 1 or 2 months after.

  • The screen flashes after a long period in hibernation or closing of the lid.
  • Restart DOES SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
  • Reinstalled the BIOS with no changes.
  • Reinstalled Win10 with no changes.
  • Updated graphics with no changes.
  • Not related to overheating.
  • RELATED to the mouse and long hibernation but restarting the computer solves the problem.

I'll try to ask for a refund, but I doubt they do that.

I made some videos on YouTube.

Does anybody know if this is fixable?

Before motherboard change:

After motherboard change (problem solved for about 2 months and it reappeared):

Can anyone help me?

Best regards
