Hello all,
I am having trouble with my HP Envy x360 connecting to the HP USB-C G5 Essential Dock. It connects fine boots up and after maybe five minutes with dual screens running just fine the screens (both of them alternating) start intermittently turning off and back on. The screens are also both HP. I have a work laptop that works just fine with the docking station (also a HP) so I know its not the docking station. I am trying to see if there are any other people having the same issues, and what a possible solution might be. Its super annoying because I cannot get any work done on my home set up and have to unplug the computer from the docking station and just use it regularly (not the end of the world just annoying as I spent a lot of money on my set-up only for it not to work right). Any help, ideas, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
