HP Series 7 Pro 27 inch 4K Thunderbolt 4 Monitor - 727pk
Microsoft Windows 11

I have notebook which requires power delivery 65 W and it is connected through Thunderbolt 4 monitor: HP Pro 727 pk.
The laptop says that the charger is slow, But this monitor is supposed to support charging up to 100W.
S the previous monitor, I didn't have this problem

What is your computer ? Does it have Thunderbolt™ 3 or Thunderbolt™ 4 port or simply a USB-C port ?

Regards.

Thanks for sharing this I'm seeing the same issue with a similar setup. The monitor should deliver enough power, so it’s odd that Windows reports slow charging. Could be a firmware or cable issue? Hope HP looks into it.

My laptop has Thunderbolt™ 4, and with the previous monitor, which I also connected via USB-C, I didn’t have any issues with charging. The previous monitor was a 27" HP E27k G5.
