Product: HP Elitebook Revolve 810 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello, I recently bought a rechargeable active pen G3 for my HP Elitebook Revolve 810 G3 after being told by HP that they were compatible (asked a question on the pens sale forum and they told me it was compatible before I bought it). Once I received it I plugged it in to charge and once fully charged I connected it to my laptop and it was successfully connected. When I go to use it, only the buttons seem to work and I cannot write with it. I have updated all drivers and even restarted my laptop. Not sure what to do. Thanks
