Problem with buffering on touchscreen of spectre 360

Left bottom corner of screen has become really irritating and the cursor when typing in that area of screen or pointer if using pen turns to a buffering circle. Can i fix this ?

I see you are experiencing touchscreen issues with the HP Spectre X360 Convertible Laptop PC.  

I have a few recommendations 

• Update your Notebook computer to latest BIOS from HP.COM.
• Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
