Buonasera,
Da quando ieri il mio Windows 10 ha effettuato un aggiornamento, mi si è disattivata la funzionalità di accesso tramite impronta digitale. Se vado su gestione dispositivi>ELAN WBF finger print Sensor mi dice "Windows non è in grado di caricare i driver necessari. Il dispositivo non funziona in modo corretto. (Codice 31) {Fallimento operazione} L'operazione richiesta non è riuscita."
Ho provato ad aggiornare il driver e mi dice che il driver ottimale è già installato.
Se vado su opzioni di accesso dice "Impossibile trovare uno scanner di impronte digitali compatibile con l'impronta digitale di Windows Hello".
