Windows 10 forced the latest update (I think the May 2019 update) and now my screen is purple. I can see traces of any previous windows when I switch between tabs, making it very difficult to use my laptop. This has never happened before the update. I've updated the display/graphics drivers and I'm running the HP hardware diagnostics tool in the hopes it will find something obvious. Can anyone suggest a way to reverse the problems caused by this update?

@RDaws2017
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
- Have you updated Graphics and Chipset drivers?
- Have you checked the display on an external monitor?
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
