Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How do I  know if I have a QHD or FHD screen on my Spectre 360, 13-4003dx.  I recently cracked the screen and would like to replace the screen assembly.  I noted both of these are listed as replacement assemblies.  Which do I need?

It has  13.3-inch diagonal Radiance Full HD (33) Infinity LED-backlit touchscreen display (1920x1080) part #  801495-001 as shown on the parts list

Part is N/A from HP now, you need to search elsewhere. Please try
