RED DOT ON SCREEN

I have bought a laptop (model number HP Pavilion - 17- serial number [personal info removed]) PRODUCT NAME: 17-BY3 XX / PRODUCT NUMBER: 3C31OUA#ABA in 2020. But from last 2 week, I am viewing a red dot on the left upper corner my screen. This Red dot is visible only when the screen is ON. Could any help me and let me know why is this happen and how to resolve it?

As I understand there's a red dot on the left upper corner of the screen on the HP Laptop.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details: 

Does this issue appear on the Bios screen? To check in Bios please turn off the PC and then keep tapping the F10 key to enter Bios and then turn on the PC. 

Have you attempted to update the BIOS?

While you respond to that, I have a few recommendations: 

• Update your Notebook computer BIOS to F.64 from HP.COM.
• Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
