Product: OMEN 15-ek0000 Laptop PC series (8SS73AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Good day. I recently purchased a HP Omen 15 but I am having troubles with the RTX2070 Max q GPU. I downloaded the drivers from NVIDIA and installed them as instructed but as soon as I view the device via Device manager it has an exclamation point. I then updated my OS to windows 11, and updated all my drivers but I still cant seem to get it to work. When I do a full system diagnostics of the hardware all the tests pass. What could be the problem? Please assist me.

Who instructed you to use drivers from Nvidia ?
