Hi! I am using an HP x360 model which has tablet mode but, the touchscreen does not work properly, making tablet mode pointless. Also, whenever I watch YouTube videos on this laptop, the laptop will sometimes unexpectedly skip more than 2 minutes of the video and I wasn't pressing the 'l' key. It will automatically subscribe to that YouTuber. (Pressing 'l' while watching a YouTube video will skip ten seconds of the video.) My HP laptop has a power button on the side and when I hold it, there is no 'restart' option. Also, the power button on the top right corner of my laptop is replaced with the 'lock' button and besides this, I don't know how to restart the laptop. I tried shutting down the laptop and turning it back on. It doesn't work. So, at this point, there is nothing I can do to stop random touches or get touchscreen to work properly. Also, the screen is cracked, but not badly. So, is there anything related to the cracked screen? I will be trading in this laptop at Best Buy next month. If there is anything you can do, please reply to me and I will try to fix the laptop. Thank You!
