I recently purchased the HP Pavilion x360 14dt-dh200, a customizable laptop from the HP website. The only option for the display was 1920 x 1080, but when it arrived, the resolution was surprisingly poor. After checking my order information, it shows that it is actually 1366 x 768, but I don't know how that happened because that resolution wasn't an option. I've chatted with and called customer support but they have been unhelpful so far. Is there any way I could send my laptop back and have the display changed? The item is currently sold out.
