PAVILLION  15-AU620TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have HP PAVILLION  15-AU620TX laptop with windows 10 and using this laptop from 2017. A few days earlier I have seen a straight reddish line below (with /merged) the taskbar with 0.1mm or 0.2 mm thickness and it's still showing. Sometimes it vanishes automatically or changes its color like green or pink. I captured a picture using the "print screen system" but there is no such spot or line.... It totally normal but now the maximum (almost always)time this thick line appears. Didn't understand why it happens or how can I solve it. plz help me.

 thanks

This is not good news.  The Print Screen will show the image the video chip is sending to the screen, not what you are actually seeing on the screen.  Since you are seeing something different, this indicates that the screen itself is failing -- and replacing that can be very expensive.
