I purchased the OMEN by HP Laptop 15-ce0xx in November 2018 and since then I have noticed a blurry, red, horizontal line has appeared on my screen as well as a dead pixel. My laptop is still under the manufacturer's guarantee, so I was wondering whether HP Support would be able to fix this?

Please check in the BIOS. Shut down your Notebook and upon restarting keep tapping on F10 till you get into the BIOS
If the lines are there in the BIOS, please contact HP Support for Service Options to replace the display screen
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
