Hi! The display of the Laptop
HP ENVY x360 Convertible 2GJ37AV (on the right) does not correctly display red colors. You can see it in comparison with also HP Laptop (on the left, HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC K1Y27EA#ACB).
HP My Display Utility does not resolve the problem
For example, on the 1st picture the wheat is almost can't be seen because of the unbalanced red color that covered all other undertones.

Welcome to HP Support Forums. A really great platform for posting all your questions and finding solutions.
I have gone through your post. Unfortunately this seems to be an issue with the LCD.
I would request you to contact our Phone Support for Service Options.
Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number and phone number appear.

Hi Klark_Kent,
Yeah what KrazyToad said, it might be an LCD issue.
For now, try seeing if the software solution of Calibrate Display Color works.
You can try adjusting the gamma there and then adjust the red slider to see if it makes any difference.
