HP ENVY x360 Convertible 2GJ37AV
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! The display of the Laptop
HP ENVY x360 Convertible 2GJ37AV (on the right) does not correctly display red colors. You can see it in comparison with also HP Laptop (on the left, HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC K1Y27EA#ACB).

HP My Display Utility does not resolve the problem

For example, on the 1st picture the wheat is almost can't be seen because of the unbalanced red color that covered all other undertones.

Hi Klark_Kent,

Yeah what KrazyToad said, it might be an LCD issue.

For now, try seeing if the software solution of Calibrate Display Color works.

You can try adjusting the gamma there and then adjust the red slider to see if it makes any difference.
