Envy 15t-k000
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have an Envy 15t-k000 notebook product number G0T55AV.  The display is going out on the right side. I am looking to change it out. I have a 1366 x 768 resolution display HP part number 763582-001. Online I have found the same part number however the screen resolution is 1920 x 1080 and they caution about using different resolutions. Will I be able to use the 1920 x1080 resolution display?

Yes but only if you also get a FHD screen cable and install that. The FHD (1920 x 1080) and HD (1366 x 768) screens use different cables.

Full HD cable for non-Touchscreen models 762544-001

 

Could only find one and it is too expensive but this is what you need:
