Replacement display screen

I am having a hard time finding a replacement lcd for my daughters notebook. On hp’s site, they show they replacement display will be like $500 or $400 with core placement and yet the laptop was only $380 brand new. I also can’t seem to find a generic that is the exact one for this laptop. The part number is 810319-001. Can anyone help because this doesn’t seem to be right?!
