HP Pavilion x360 - 15-dq1071cl
Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP Pavilion x360 laptop. I recently purchased an S2 Triple Screen Extender. After hooking it up to my laptop, only one of the screens works, while the other one gives a "No Signal" error and goes into power saving mode. The side that doesn't work is always the Type-C to Type-C interface and not the HDMI one. It does this no matter which screen side I use. I tried to install it on my wife's laptop (same brand), and it does the same thing with hers. Interestingly enough, she bought a screen extender as well, but it only has one extra screen and not two. Her screen works fine with the HDMI, but not the Type-C hook up. Is there something about the HP laptops that doesn't allow them to use Type-C hook ups for screen extenders, or am I doing something wrong?
