Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to connect a legacy VGA display.  Any recommendation on best HDMI to VGA converter. Also which type of HDMI port is on this laptop,  Mini or Micro Type C or D?

Firstly your machine has HDMI v1.4 supporting up to 1920×1080 @ 60Hz. Its specs

It has standard HDMI port on the right side of your machine

It is much better to buy new monitor with HDMI port rather buy HDMI to VGA converter beacause the converter only gives you anaolog output signals.
