Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

Since I got this laptop I noticed a small scratch appearing after some time. I needed my laptop though for college so I didn't have the time to put it up for warrenty. but after 3 years it has become unbearable. There is one big horizontal scratch, individual scratches from each key from the keyboard and one from the touchpad. My warranty is already over, but i feel like the cause of this problem is a huge design flaw. I always used the laptop carefully and never aplied any pressure to cause these scratches. Does anybody know if this is still covered after warranty? Because after some research i saw this is a problem that most of the users of this laptop have.

Kind regards an thank you for your time.
