Screen Blurred laptop screen

Hi Team, my laptop screen is blurred and multiple colours are overlapped (pink and yellow).

There is no damage in the screen. its just overlapping with colors due to which screen is blurred 

please suggest if any solution

Anything may be faulty. Try to connect the laptop an external monitor or TV. If you observe the same defect on external display, you GPU is bad. If picture there is clear, you need to find assistance for testing with another internal display.

external screen is working fine. the problem is with laptop screen only
