HP Pavilion 15-cs2018nt
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. This is maybe a typical problem but i can not find clear answer in internet or maybe i could not managed. I have just bought my laptop with windows 10 home single language. After i bought it, i have created a bootable usb with original OS. To try usb, i have reinstalled OS from usb but after that i have started not to be able to set screen brightness although i have installed all drivers in HP site. So what can i do now? Thanks

@methefree Welcome to HP Forums Community!

If you haven't done it already, please update the graphics card drivers using the HP website: Click here to access it,

Also, install the BIOS update using this link: Click here to download

When done, you could restart the computer and check if it works, if it doesn't, please install the HPSA using this link and install all updates using the application to resolve the issue: Click here for details.

Let me know how that pans out,
